Medication Policy

Our medication and prescription policy is that our clients must be seen every 6 months to enable the animals on the holding to be under our care, and therefore enabling us to prescribe veterinary medicines for them if necessary.

Please be aware that maintaining animals under our care is a legal, as well as a RCVS requirement that we must abide by, so exceptions to this rule cannot be made.

We ask for 24 hours' notice for any medications and prescriptions, however please be aware some medications will need to be ordered in, therefore please allow enough time for this.

Written prescriptions are available by calling or emailing reception. Please be advised that there is a fee for this service.

We offer collection of medicines from our Beccles surgery, as well as a weekly medicine drop off at Chapelfield Vets in Long Stratton and at Framlingham Vets.

In addition to this we also offer a delivery service straight to the farm. Please phone reception for further details (a delivery charge may be applicable).
